Cold/Creative Writing

Prompt: Write a 20-line rhyming poem about something that really annoys you. **I just wrote mini ones

Woes of a Car Driver

Going fifteen miles under,

"Why, why are you driving so slowly?!" I wonder,
I turn to look, and what could it be?
An elderly woman, who obviously cannot see!

There is a very useful device,
it's called a blinker,
use it.

Please stop riding my ass,

I am going ten miles over the speed limit,
that's pretty fast,
just go ahead and pass!

Prompt: Sum up your writing career in one sentence

What writing career?

Prompt: Rewrite a nursery rhyme (Three Blind Mice, Jack and Jill, etc.) from a character’s point of view.

Jack and Jill
Went up the hill
To fetch a pail of water,
Jack fell down
And broke his crown
And Jill came tumbling after.

 From Jack's point of view

Jill and I,

Climbed so high,
to retrieve a bucket of water.

Jill played a trick,

she decided to kick,
me, and I fell down the hill.

But karma did see,

and sent a large bumble bee,
buzzing right after her.

As she ran away,

A rock got in the way,
and down the hill jill fell.
